6 cloves garlic
3 large shallots
2” ginger
1 tsp sugar
3 Tbsp cooking oil

For the rice:

550gm Jasmine Rice - rinse and drain
350 ml chicken broth
2 pandan leaves

Ginger-Garlic Chilli Sauce/Dip (dikisar):

60 gr ginger
1 clove garlic
1 tsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp concentrated chicken stock
1/2 tsp sugar
4-6 red chilis
Juice of 1 lime
